What we collect
Account details (email address; name and photo only if you sign in with Google), optional details you give us in the Pro request form (full name, WhatsApp number, your survey answers about role, buying timeline and payment method), and usage events (pages opened, filters used, community and deal views, device type and country derived from the network header, tied to an anonymous session id). We do not store IP addresses.
Why
Account data runs your sign-in and Pro access. Survey answers help us review Pro requests and understand what investors look for. Usage events help us improve the site and measure which communities matter.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in our cloud database (Supabase). Region: European Union (Ireland, AWS eu-west-1).
Retention
We keep account and request data while your account is active and usage events for up to 24 months, then delete or anonymise them.
Third parties
We share personal details with a partner (for example an agent or mortgage advisor) only if you explicitly opt in. Sign-in runs through our authentication provider; listing data comes from third-party data providers. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@uaeroi.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
